The Person Behind
the Mission
Yolanda launched A Savvy Healthcare Solutions after years of watching families struggle to find in-home care that felt safe, consistent, and human. With a background in HR, operations, and direct experience navigating care for her own loved ones, she saw firsthand what was missing and built something different.
What began as one caregiver and one family has grown into a trusted team serving the St. Louis metro area. The values she started with trust, consistency, and human dignity still run through every match we make.
Outside of work, Yolanda is committed to community involvement, mentoring, and her family.
